Order Processing and Shipping Times:

Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00 PM Central time to ensure processing on the same business day. Exceptions apply to special orders, customized items, or products no longer in stock.

Most packages are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days.

We offer both domestic and international shipping options.

Domestic orders within the United States qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Expedited shipping options, including overnight or two-day air, are available for an additional fee. These request must be placed in the notes and we will respond within 24 hours with a quote for additional shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for expedited requests.

International shipping services are offered worldwide, with rates and delivery times varying by destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees for international orders.

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 business days. However, please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online jewelry store. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that worn items cannot be returned.

To qualify for a return, items must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags in place. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are received beyond the specified timeframe.
Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Buyers are responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipping process, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance if desired.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges and Restocking Fees

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different piece, we kindly ask that you follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
